Whichever way our customers want to get in touch with us, we have a dedicated team ready to connect by phone, e-mail and virtual chat. Based in Enfield, USA, Singapore and Slough, UK, our Customer Service team is one of the largest and most multi-cultural in our company.
When chatting with customers, they’re answering calls and e-mails with every query you could imagine. From Spanish to Italian, Czech to Turkish, we have team members ready to help our customers.
Elisa, from the UK team, is one of our LEGO voices to the outside world. She is working in our Sandbox team and helps to manage our social media channels. Elisa gets to speak to some of our biggest fans and builders. She likes nothing better than hearing from fans of all ages and loves to help them with whatever they need.
Colleagues like Elisa speak to 2 million customers from all around the world every year. That’s why she makes it her mission to spread LEGO love and helpfulness throughout her chats. After all, she did nickname Customer Service the love department.
