Great Star Wars Lego set. Took me a few hours to build. Very cool with all the separate pieces that you can pose or play with. “They call themselves The Bad Batch…”
I would recommend this to a friend!
I loved seeing this ship in The Bad Batch and The Clone Wars so I was very excited to see it become a set. I think all of the minifigs were made amazingly, except for Echo. He should have had a new mold for his mechanical arm. Some of the clones also don’t have a backpack while others do. I love the face printing but I wish Crosshair came with a hairpiece because in the show you can see that he has gray hair. The speeders look great. I like the use of the re-colored 501st BARC speeder. The shuttle itself looks nice but it seems small. I wouldn’t mind paying an extra $100 for an accurate build. You can’t even fit all of the figures inside. The sand blue coloring doesn’t seem accurate to the show either. I think LEGO missed the mark with this one. I have not built it with my son yet, but right off the bat, Echo not having a custom arm, when “Chinese Knockoffs” do is pretty lame. Missing Omega was also silly. If this set was meant to be pre-spin-off show, then Crosshair should have been in his team armor, if it was meant to be a spin off set, where is Omega? Hopefully other sets will rectify this.
