In this exciting role, you will support the LEGO Group by delivering customer-oriented services thus ensuring high quality process handling. The purpose of the Employee SD department is to be communications center that provides a single point of contact between a company and its employees and partners. Are you interested in?

You will be responsible for:

• Maintain our competencies on a high level by creating knowledge databases to ensure consistent processes and answers
• Provide support for all questions related to HR employee data and HR Processes
• Administration support on core HR processes
• Support with administrative tasks on rewards and training
• Provide qualified support and service on BSO related topics
• Be aware of new opportunities for improvement and come up with good ideas based on new insights
• Play a Subject Matter Expert role
• Define and create process descriptions for BSO Service Desk related processes

What kind of mindset, experience and education do you need?

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in Service Desk/Customer Service or Shared Services area
• Knowledge of Service Management principles (based on ITIL methodology)
• Experience with ServiceNow is advantage
• Knowledge of Service Desk ticketing tools (HPOV, ServiceNow, Remedy, OpenDesk…) is advantage
• Strong communication skills, so you can give advice and work on tasks through virtual direction
• Good at finding logical and creative solutions and working structured, detailed and accurate
• English and Hungarian language at an advanced level
• Previous experience with HR SAP is advantage
