Senior Supplier Developer

Are you a skilled toolmaker with good bricks, great personality, good at connecting with people and have an urge to improve on existing in order to make the best?Use your toolmaker experience to help us improve and develop our mould platform both internally and externally.
Core Responsibilities• Drives synergy and collaboration with internal partners and our external suppliers to deliver on the expectations
• Close contact to Procurement for working with cost reductions and alignment on strategy
• Secure we are reliable, service minded and with an open mindset
• Work in a global context where knowledge sharing is essential
• Ensure standardized processes for running daily business
• Standardize new technology introduction by using the DQP process (Develop-, qualify-, Process phases)
Play your part in our team succeedingExternal Mould Manufacturing is overall responsible for all external suppliers who delivers moulds or mould parts to The LEGO Group.
This role secure we deliver moulds in right quality at the right time with a high degree of freedom under responsibility. Finding the right balance between being LEGO ambassador and our Suppliers representative is key to have success in the position. But also being able to manage complexity to build more options for our costumers
Participate or drive projects internally and in collaboration with other LEGO Departments. Collaboration is key to succeed in this.
You are to be the specialist who develops, makes agreements, implement processes and follow up on delivery & Quality at our suppliers and customers to make sure we deliver on time and according to specs. All in compliance with LEGO standards and confidentiality procedures.
Do you have what it takes?• 10+ years’ experience in the Tooling Industry
• 5+ years experience as Toolmaker or Mould Designer
• 5 years experience as Technical Engineer
• Experience with Project Manager or Manager
