We are looking for a Quality Manager who can be responsible for managing the implementation of Continuous Improvement LEGO methods such as Six Sigma and Problem solving to drive out waste, efficacy, quality and improve productivity.

Challenges:

Continuous improvement
Statistical data analysis in Quality and with different stakeholders.
Propose and lead projects for continuous improvement and six sigma.
Presentation of improvements results in global and local forums.
Coordination, registration and monitoring of relevant improvements for cost reduction.
Lead and coordinate a wide variety of identified and approved initiatives and projects designed to improve processes and performance in all areas of the business.
Hands on involvement to prove process concepts and implementation of improvement activities.
Lead or conduct studies in cost, quality, productivity, flow, value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
Responsible for Quality Molding LCI assessment.
CMM Area
Ensure compliance with measurements of elements in the CMM area related to mold repairs and other relevant measurements.
Compliance and monitoring of the performance indicators relevant to your position / area.
Verify that the standards of measurements in the elements are met.
Training, development and performance evaluation of CMM personnel.
Support the programs that are carried out for improvement.
Solution of problems through the investigation of the root cause and the implementation of actions.
Global collaboration
Teamwork with their global colleagues to propose improvements, standardization of global processes, alignment of standards, etc.
Direct communication with global team of TED for scaling problems and / or improvements in measurement processes.

Do you have what it takes?

 Education: Engineering.. Master degree desirable.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience on Manufacturing and Quality. (Preferably experience in continuous improvement, measuring devices and molding process)
Skills: Quality Core Tools. (FMEA, Control Plan) Minitab, Lean, Six Sigma knowledge. ISO 9001 and desirable as internal auditor. Excel, Power Point and Word advanced. Desirable SAP knowledge.
Knowledge: English at advanced. Green Certification as a minimum and Black Belt Certification is a plus.
