Your specific tasks include:

The LEGO Group is the second most highly ranked company in the world for corporate reputation. Your role in Consumer Services is to inspire the builders of tomorrow by giving them engaging and reliable customer service with every phone call, email and live chat.

We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join us in giving our fans the best customer experience. The Multilingual Advisor will process Shop-At-Home customer orders over the telephone in a Fun, Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Engaging way.

•Respond to and log all incoming contacts from customers in a professional and timely manner
•Increase sales by engaging the consumer and exploring all sales opportunities. This includes capturing customer email addresses and offering our club membership with each contact handled
•Complete data entry tasks as necessary
•Adhering to your schedule. All breaks are scheduled to plan for consumer demand
•Meet performance expectations: Post-contact survey results and daily productivity

Do you have what it takes?

•Fluent in German and English, including comprehension, listening, reading and writing
•Experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales - preferably in a retail environment or faced paced environment
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to use technology while helping consumers. CRM/database, Internet, digital knowledge base, and troubleshooting guides are some the tools our Advisors use on every contact.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with a dedication to providing outstanding service to each consumer where there is a high volume of contacts exhibiting a high level of patience and flexiblity
•Must be able to work independently yet recognize when it is appropriate to escalate calls to ensure proper service standards are met at all times.
•Ability to work on Black Friday, Christmas Eve and one weekend day - every other weekend -to help our most loyal fans.
