Who are we?

In LEGO Business Technology – Infrastructure and Security we are responsible for operating and protecting the LEGO IT platform in our offices, factories and physical stores around the globe. On top of this we are in the starting phase of a new very ambitious IT strategy, with a huge impact to our current IT architecture, development and operations. All in all it creates a unique opportunity to set you mark in the LEGO organization. Working in our area, you will be exposed to 100 professionals with whom you can discuss ideas, solutions and innovative across technologies. Setting the direction for the future

We are more than 500 employees and 40 ambitious IT students in our global IT organization, and we are looking for one to directly support the Vice President of Infrastructure & Security. As a student worker, you will have the opportunity to be involved in and get your own responsibilities within various processes such as setting and monitoring KPI’s, project follow-up etc. moreover be an incremental part of strategy development. Your work will include significant stakeholder management, strategy development, communication and various management related tasks, as well as general support of various ongoing leadership initiatives.
You will join a collaborative environment, where we will do our utmost to help you develop your talent. Here, you will get to solve tasks from day one and quickly grow valuable experience in a supportive learning environment. We hope that you bring the following trades and competences:
- Is curious, self-driven and is studying a bachelor or master’s degree at a university or business school
- Is very strong at abstract thinking, and can convert high level thoughts to understandable content
- Is in the top of your study, and have shown a strong ability to delivery great results
- Is curious about Technology, Leadership and Communication
- Is always pushing for improvement, new ways of thinking and awesome ideas
- Is fully entrenched in personal learning and development
- Is carrying strong and creative communication skills both verbally and written in English

A workplace of learning

Thus, your working hours will be adapted to your study needs, but we strive to have the student workers onsite in Billund in average 2 days a week.
