Join the Business Technology organisation

Manufacturing and Supply Chain Technologies (MST) within the Business Technology (IT) organization, are 120 dedicated LEGO® employees located in Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Singapore. We deliver end to end services and digital solutions to enable efficient and excellent business processes. Together with the Off-Shore Development Center in India, we deploy technology to enable LEGO Operations within the areas of Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse & Distribution, Quality & Materials, Engineering, Demand Planning and Supply Planning & Distribution.

As our new Senior Architect, you set direction for and coach our teams that deliver digital products and services, consumed by business colleagues globally within supply chain. You will be the key person within digital supply chain. Working with architecture and technology that enable capabilities like advanced demand planning, omni channel experiences and distributed order management.

We inspire an agile mindset and relentlessly strive to work by agile methodologies. You will step into the global MST leadership team, consisting of fourteen people. As part of the leadership team, you contribute significantly to setting direction and develop the global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technologies organization to meet current and future challenges. You report to the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technologies.

Deliver technology that enable business to win

Concepts like decoupling enterprise platforms with micro services, cloud first/mobile first and open system architectures are native to you. Your mindset spring from a digital approach to delivering value and you problem solve with an End to End approach. You do not make things more complex than they have to be and you are used to focus on minimal viable products that dramatically reduce the time from good idea to business value delivered.

Solid technology understanding and technology leadership experience

• You have an academic degree in IT,
• In addition, you have 10 years’ experience from a similar role, preferably in a global organization, with documented results
• Supreme, documented understanding of technology and agile methodologies is a prerequisite
• Solid experience, working with enterprise platforms like SAP and digital platforms like Amazon Web Services and API management platforms is a must
• You have formulated IT Strategies and implemented roadmap activities, including actual delivery of results and business outcomes
• You are comfortable in engaging with senior leaders on corporate level
• You speak and write English fluently

Your background and experience have given you the ability to coach the MST product teams on technology, to deliver outstanding business results. As a person, you are extrovert and build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders. You create trust through open dialogue and by delivering results - on all levels of the organisation.

The position is currently located in Denmark, but as MST span globally, you should expect 30-45 travelling days pr. year.
