Bring your experience, curiosity, and analytical skills to the table and become part of a highly skilled and fun team that always strives to deliver high quality results.

Core Responsibilities

As an expert in Software Asset Management, you will play a key part in ensuring the right strategic focus on our top tier vendors, our asset management tool, our asset management lifecycle and processes as well as our our data points.

As part of your role, you will:

Be a trusted SAM advisor to the LEGO digital organization, while working with our license management tool, various vendor portals, and ServiceNow as our service management tool.

Another central part of your role, will be to ensure compliance and optimization of software contracts and perform internal review of software licenses.

Engaging in vendor related activities such as software agreement renewals and negotiations together with our Procurement area and Lead Engineers, is also a part of your job. Finally, you will also always look for ways to optimize and automate our processes and workflows.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will be part of our FinTechOps team which is in our Infrastructure organization. Our team currently consists of 15 internal colleagues and a couple of external consultants. We support and collaborate closely with various technical product teams, covering network, cloud, hardware- and software asset management.

Your daily work will take place in a mature Software Asset Management (SAM) team, where we currently have two senior profiles, an associate, two interns and a Lead Engineer. We work in an agile framework and are dedicated to continually delivering value via our OKR’s and backlog.

We have an open, collaborative, easy-going, and fun atmosphere. We are a diverse group of people who have a high degree of professionalism, and we always strive to deliver high quality results, but we also love to send GIF’s, crack jokes and drink coffee at the Barista. Spoiler: We have three baristas at LEGO Campus and coffee is free!

Do you have what it takes?

You could come from multiple backgrounds, e.g., Procurement, Purchasing, IT, Finance, Economics, or the like, and have ended up in Software Asset Management through various career paths.

The most important for us is that you have:

1) solid experience with Software Asset Management from a larger scale enterprise.

4) knowledge of IT Service Management.

5) a passion to work in a data-driven manner.
