Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Digital Product Designer you will plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users, while building concepts and prototypes to present and test. Furthermore you will apply service design methods to create a better service and:

  • Design digital processes and flows building on relevant data.
  • Present design work to the product team and other designers for review and feedback.
  • Build bridges between other product teams within the area.

Join a culturally diverse team focusing on the pricing area in the LEGO Group. You will collaborate with the Product Organization and Software Engineers to deliver excellent User-centered experiences for our internal end-users.

We are organized into autonomous product teams working agile with end-to-end responsibility for our products, and we work together with other teams that drive the Partner & Markets strategy and its execution for the LEGO Group. You will be working on capturing user insights and present visual concepts to support the team making the best decisions developing the products

You will also be part of the vibrant UX Community with other skilled designers - together advancing the UX maturity of the digital technology organization.

Do you have what it takes?

Bring your curious mentality to tackle complex problems through collaboration. To succeed you:

  • Have demonstrated ability in user-centric development and believe “design can make anything happen”.
  • Are confident in planning and facilitating user research sessions with senior partners discussing complex business scenarios, data models and reporting requirements.
  • Have experience in or are curious about Lean UX, Service Design or Enterprise Design.
  • Thrive in setting direction and being part of building and rethinking digital products that sets us apart.
