Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ongoing professional development of people in Cyber Risk and Assurance and contribute to the development of workforce plans
  • Enable and motivate awesome teams by providing direct people leadership, ongoing coaching and 1-2-1 support to colleagues
  • Contribute to delivery within area of expertise
  • Help to establish product ways of working
  • Role model and champion the LEGO Group’s culture and values within Cyber Risk and Assurance

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Several years years of experience in the cybersecurity risk field.
  • Previous experience in coaching or leading people.
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to inform, inspire, and educate technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have's:

  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience of digital transformation programs
  • Experience in offensive security
  • Experience with agile working
