Core Responsibilities
- Support other Tech Ops Specialists in hiring of externals.
- Supporting onboarding & offboarding of external workforce including IT asset management.
- Create vendor contracts renewal, Purchase Orders creation, goods receipt in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Create financial overview such as Total Cost of Ownership per product team

The department is newly established and will be supporting the engineering teams in Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering (OMP). OMP is covering end-2-end from product development to finished goods going out of our factories and into distribution centers.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone with experience and/or interest within vendor management. The right candidate could have a background from a finance department or as a purchaser of IT assets or similar.

- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of vendor management
- Knowledge and interest in budgeting and finance follow up

- Fluent in both written and spoken English
