  • Work agile in a multi-functional product team, collaborating with engineers across a full value-chain of software products
  • Design through end-user concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, and prototypes
  • Validate and optimize design solutions through relevant research activities such as: user testing, analytics, and surveys
  • Help drive our digital transformation
  • Mentor other UX designers
  • Document design work to establish a standard for design and interactions for the product
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints

To succeed in this role, we image you have the following competencies:

  • Passionate about designing user experiences for products that put user needs first, push the limits of the medium, and are delightful to use and look at
  • Capable of driving a design system
  • Confident and experienced in presenting and explaining work to partners and colleagues
  • Agile and flexible to adapt the design process based on current needs, yet able to explain important consequences of tradeoffs
