Job Description

Become an imperative part of newly established agile product team that drives tooling for Portfolio Management, Capacity Management and Portfolio planning.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Play a meaningful role in helping to drive and facilitate extensive discovery activities to engage with users, understand their needs and get systematic feedback for the team to build an outstanding product. We need your help to make our ambitions specific and help us navigate the inherent complexities of our product.

  • · You will co-lead collaboration between product team and partners

  • · As a part of Product Designer, Product Manager and Lead Engineer trio, you will have the competencies to resolve how the product should be, how it should work and who is going to use it. You will assist in developing feedback environment within the team.

  • · As a product designer, you will play a part to help the team validating ideas and hypothesis through user research and testing

  • · Conceptualising new and innovative ideas and contributions

  • · Work on systems implementing user centric practices

Play your role in our team succeeding

In this role, you will be a key player in the team tasked with crafting a coordinated decision support tool to be used by key specialists and senior decision makers. This product team will be focusing on solving problems around the flow and use of data for Portfolio scenarios and linking it to optimal flow of work and resource across our Product Development Process.

You will drive the process for engaging with users and collaborators through systematic discovery of needs and opportunities to ensure the team is developing solutions to the right problems, taking us from the current scattered data landscape and into a future with excellent user experiences and enhanced decision power.

It is an agile setting, and it is a newly established product team expected to grow, so it is important to have a flexible demeanour and excel in dynamic and continuous delivery environments.

Do you have what it takes?

As a team member, you will need to be curious, open, and very focused on making creative thoughts tangible and visible. You will push us towards working with prototypes and challenge us to discover more. You are flexible in how challenges are solved and have a good understanding of what adds new value for the end user.

  • · Demonstrable experience with Agile product discovery and product strategy

  • · Good knowledge of software development

  • · Strong facilitation expertise

  • · Experience with prototyping as a tool for rapid and systematic discovery

  • · Curious and with an open mentality to understand sophisticate value chains in a large global organization

  • · Experience with creating and working with objectives and key results

  • · Ability to work with product vision and strategy and synthesize user insight into concrete priorities

  • · Strong partner management and high-level communication
