Translate data on quality performance into actionable insights for our top management as well as Quality, Design and Development teams
Identify, integrate, and safeguard new multi-functional data sources for quality performance on both core and connected play products
Drive monthly and annual reports on quality performance as well as ad hoc requests for investigation analytics
Advice actions to settle and reach the agreed targets in the end-to-end value chain
Support development of business enabling tools in Quality in Development and implement across team and key partners
Play your part in our team succeeding
As Quality Insights Manager in the Quality in Development team you play a key role in ensuring the best play experience for the consumers by preventing quality issues from happening and handle issues if they occur.
This specific role will focus on building business insights on quality performance and share these insights in a dynamic and practical way with key partners.
Do you have what it takes?
Strong intuition for business needs and strategic approach towards data analytics and interpreting and translating data into hypotheses driven analysis plan
Strong collaborator with effective communication and data storytelling skills
Proven capabilities within business analytics tools including Microsoft Power BI Platform
Background or experience in Consulting or Corporate Business Analytics would be nice to have
