We are looking for an experienced digital designer to work in the Partner & Markets Technology platform as part of our teams based in Billund.

Core Responsibilities

Join a culturally diverse team and collaborate with the product organization and software engineers to drive future visions for products and services that inspire people and meet user and business needs.

•Establish a mission and vision culture that fits the team, partners, and organization and build partnerships with collaborators
•Support and drive people (HR) processes, including recruitment and onboarding, continuous development, and well-being for a group of digital product designers
•Facilitate mapping as-is and to-be journeys and visualizing new service blueprints together with partners, product teams, and users.
•Design and conduct user research to build a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors
•Carry out end-to-end UX/UI design, including user journeys, wireframes & collaboration with engineering
•Guide the digital design team to adopt and contribute new design patterns to ‘Klik’ – the LEGO Group’s design system for digital products

Do you have what it takes?

This role would ideally suit an experienced UX & UI design professional with previous leadership experience or looking to add people leadership to their existing skills.

The time will be split between working in a product team responsible for the development of a key B2B digital product as well as leading digital designers working embedded in product teams.
•Several years of commercial experience working as a digital product designer, service designer or related.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design experience for both internal and public facing applications and services.
•Designed user journeys and created blueprints that clearly articulate the underlying actors, systems, touchpoints, and processes behind those journeys.
•Visualize and articulate complex problems and guide effective decisions toward desired outcomes.
•In depth understanding of human-centered design principles and techniques and the whole lifecycle from idea to implementation
•Experience working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
•Experience of mentoring digital designers and supporting their career development
