Core Responsibilities•Be a defender of Agility as a core principle, interpreted as delivering value early and often
•Drive cross organizational initiatives, facilitating curious conversations, alignment and agile growth
•Coach teams and individuals formally and informally, striving to unlock the potential in everyone
•Help drive positive and impactful behavior change amongst your colleagues
•Help create a continuous learning culture in & across our product teams
•Embed Agile practices and principles in product teams through facilitation, teaching and mentoring
•Help our teams on their journey towards more value creation and better cross functional collaboration
Play your part in our team succeedingAs our new agile coach, your playground will be the Corporate Products & Technology area in Billund, Denmark, in a team of outstanding agile coaches. You will support our product teams in an international environment. Your role will be to work broadly across teams and with their business partners and product managers. We have several agile networks, that we expect you to be part of and contribute to.
Do you have what it takes?The right candidate has some years of experience in agile ways of working, preferably as an agile coach or product owner/manager and an interest in product management and cross organizational agility combined with:
•Solid understanding of agile values & principles
•Open minded with curiosity and flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
•Knowledge of OKRs and product management
•Strong teammate with a natural flair for establishing trust, sharing feedback and knowledge
•Passion for growing individuals and teams through coaching, mentoring, trainings and facilitation
•Fully proficient in English
