Core Responsibilities:• Deliver backend API’s in .NET
• Be part of the product team to drive our sustainable materials agenda towards the product vision
• Collaborate with the product team, product manager, and end users to deliver new features and iterative improvements to our solutions.
• DevSecOps approach “You build it – you run it - you own it” with automated testing, and CI/CD enabled pipelines.
• Technical sparring with other Software Engineers demonstrating eagerness to teach, learn and experiment with an agile mindset
Play your part in our team succeedingJoin us for an exciting journey in the Product Engineering Technology (PET) department, where you have an excellent opportunity to grow and build our next level of digitalization solutions in manufacturing and product engineering.
In PET, we are the team behind the scenes to create solutions, provide technology for our product engineering areas of the LEGO Group, and ensure our backbone is running smoothly.
We support our business from design to produced elements within areas like Element Design, Mould Design, Mould production, Quality, and Moulding in the factories, impacting more than 4.000 LEGO colleagues.
We are also driving and transforming our solutions to improve our process and productivity by applying IoT data, ML, and Data Science.
Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in programming back-end.
In addition, you have:
• Experience with the.NET platform.
• Been developing APIs
• Seen the light in writing (automated) tests before coding.
As a person, you are team oriented, like to be part of something bigger, and prefer working in agile teams where you have a say and collaboration is vital.
Also, you might have:
· Domain Driven Design principles
· CI/CD pipelining (Software delivery process) knowledge
· General security knowledge. You make sure “the door isn’t open.”
