Core ResponsibilitiesManage Infrastructure programs, incl. defining priorities, and success criteria, together with prioritization & planning to ensure successful timely delivery.
Work closely together with construction and facility to enable timely infrastructure technology implementation.
Ensure success of large-scale infrastructure programs, by owning all aspects of the program planning & coordination within the TPM team & collaboration with product teams, incl. choosing the appropriate framework for execution
Ensure & communicate value creation through story telling & visualization, schedules & priorities of architecture programs to all levels in the company
Manage program schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate these to key partners
Be involved in building an architectural community, and support driving key topics in these communities
Facilitate shared understanding of success within the local project team, but also to key partners in the rest of the organization
Play your part in our team succeedingYou will be a part of the TPM & TechOps Specialist Subdomain in Digital Technology – Infrastructure area, providing secure, scalable and modern cloud & infrastructure services for our digital workforce.
Within Infrastructure, you will be Heading up a strategic important program working closely with senior leadership including Lead Engineers, product teams, agile coaches and user experience researchers, together with local Steering Committee.
The position is based out of Billund, but after a while there will be an opportunity to expatriate to the Americas region.
Do you have what it takes?The right candidate brings experience in technology consulting, Program Management and/or infrastructure value creation and deliveries.
Experience in program governance & management, through roles in program management, product ownership, or similar in a fast-paced environment
Experience acting as senior program manager with well founded understanding of infrastructure component in manufacturing environment.
Affinity & understanding of how to provide structure to technical programs to ensure the right outcomes are produced and that these can be clearly communicated
Experience in managing large programs in cross-functional teams, with several technical & non-technical partners, incl. executive leadership teams
Strong proven background with Agile methodologies in a product led organization, and experience managing large programs in JIRA or similar solutions incl. Waterfall.
Excellent persuasive oral & written English communication skills
