• We want inventors that like getting their hands dirty! Work with the team to rapidly create prototypes to test the concepts and find the fun quickly, whether for digital platforms, custom electronics or physical installations.
• We want inventors that love to challenge their own ideas! Run tests with kids and families to challenge the team’s ideas and rapidly learn and iterate.
• We want curious inventors! Keep your finger on the pulse and your eyes open for how we might apply new technologies, platforms, mechanics or interactions to enable new play experiences – share this knowledge with our internal teams and apply on projects to drive the discovery process.
• We want collaborative inventors! Work closely in cross-functional teams, inspiring with your inventions and amplifying the ideas from across the team. Draw on the team’s expertise to make sure our new play experiences are original, deeply fun, feasible and relevant for millions of children.
