Core Responsibilities

• Lead large tech programs in collaboration with senior leadership, Principal Engineers and Product Managers
• Define program roadmaps and align initiatives and work packages across technical areas and teams
• Define OKRs (objectives and key results) and get priorities aligned with partners.
• Keep a financial overview and support TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) per tech product team.
• Own all aspects of the program planning and coordination through team-of-teams and collaboration with product teams.
• Facilitate shared understanding of success and collaboration across product teams.
• Proactively manage program risks and issues and drive mitigations
• Communicate value creation through storytelling and visualization of schedules and priorities to all levels in the company.
• Develop tools and processes to improve the TPM team delivery framework and efficiency

You will be a part of the Digital Technology – Corporate Product Technology area, providing digital products and service to the corporate business colleagues in the LEGO Group. The Technical Program Management team drives larger strategic missions across product teams by creating a clear shared purpose, fostering collaboration and provide internal leadership and appropriate framework for execution against common portfolio OKR's (Objectives and Key Results).

Do you have what it takes?

For several years you have proven the ability to lead successful large ERP programs or projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA upgrades or implementations. You have strong navigation and communication skills, always keeping your context and audience in mind.
• Strong validated background with agile methodologies, always seeking to deliver continuously and with focus on value creation
• Ability to create a work structure and keep an overview of both output, outcome and the financials.
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions and dependencies.
• Great leadership skills with an inclusive mentality and inclination to active decision-making.
• Full English proficiency.
