This is an excellent opportunity to join our Global IT Procurement organisation!

We are looking for a team-player who is passionate about driving precision in IT sourcing, building strong partnerships with both internal collaborators as well as external suppliers!

Core Responsibilities

The main function of this role will be to proactively source tech solutions and establish strong category expertise in the global Software/SaaS and IT services spend. You will:

• Support leadership and influencing activities among partners, finance and suppliers to drive companywide cost initiatives in the IT Software & Cloud Services spends.
• Have a solid understanding of the Cloud technology space and contracting for Agile delivery models.
• Help Identify and facilitate conversations with partners regarding opportunities for technology innovation
• Be accountable for category critical metric progress (e.g. PO Compliance, Vendor Rationalisation)
• Support the building of market insight to identify trends in and translate them into category strategies/plans and robust actions leading to efficiency improvements
• Negotiate contracts with SaaS & Cloud Services suppliers (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft & Adobe)
• Build and maintain Global supplier base - incl. contracting, risk management, sustainability and supplier performance.

You will join our Indirect Materials and Services Sourcing team, and we are responsible for Facility, Travel, Professional Services and IT categories procurement globally.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate is a native to digital with a commercial and analytical attitude. You are great at building relations and embrace change as part of every day life. We expect you to bring:

• IT sourcing experience – Software/SaaS & Cloud Services
• Proven experience in negotiating SaaS & cloud contracts and related commercial/licence models
• Category management experience (preferably Global)
• Knowledge of developing successful sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of supporting agile processes, fast contracting with start-ups for pilots and experimentation
• Understanding of procurement processes and the software & services vendor landscape
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels
• Capacity to drive and deliver multiple projects successfully
