Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in and across product teams to secure delivery in collaboration with business Product Managers
• Support Engineers with technical sparring
• Formulate the technical roadmap together with the Principal Engineer and Product manager
• Support and guide selection process of new products and solutions with the Time&Pay product team
• Explore new technologies and methods and participate in prototypes with the product team
• Actively participate and contribute to cross-organizational initiatives, as well as collaborate with Competency leads regarding skills and opportunities for growth, improvement and training

You will be part of an established product team with experienced HR tech colleagues, and together with the team and business colleagues, delivering and maintaining configuration of our Time Management and payroll solutions. This role is a key part of the LEGO group’s expansions with new factories and brand retail stores around the world.

Do you have what it takes?

• Superb communication and collaboration skills, and ability to get people involved and passionate about sometimes complex decisions
• Systematic approach – high on structure and time management skills
• Solid understanding on maintenance and implementation of Time Management and payroll solutions
• Phenomenal teammate and with practical experience in agile ways of working in DevOps teams
Nice to have
• Knowledge of Kronos/UKG, SAP Time management or competing products
• Knowledge of SAP payroll
• Experience with integrating into managed payroll service providers
• You have a curios approach to actively explore new and better ways of working
• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience
• Extensive experience with HR architecture - preferably from SaaS solutions
