We are looking to hire a Senior UX Researcher ready to take a service design thinking approach to relevant problems and excited about problem solving and rise to the challenge of solving sticky problems in fun ways!

Core Responsibilities

You as our new Senior UX Researcher will help your colleagues to understand what good UX and UCD looks like. You will own UX research within the team by providing input to the product strategy and roadmap and discovering the insights that matter and get your colleagues excited about them! Other than that, you will:
• Drive end-to-end process / problem solving and mapping capabilities
• Define & communicate the problem space and construct the problem statement
• Design, conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative user research and user testing
• Plan and facilitate design thinking and participatory design thinking workshops (i.e Design sprints, ideation workshops, Design studios etc..)
• Work closely with multi-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics. Leadership
• Role model a design culture

You will be a part of our security leadership team and make sure that we build security solutions that tackle real problems and that people actually want to use.

Do you have what it takes?

You have a background in a human behavior, HCI or related field and 5+ years work experience of UX research experience (enterprise experience would be a plus). In additional, you can:
• tailor your message to the listener’s ears
• energized by collaboration
• proactive and use your time to help uncover meaningful insights
• actively seek and provide feedback to peers and leadership alike
• tell a convincing story with words and data
• enjoy an energetic working environment where we don’t have to wear a “suit and tie”
• exposure to OKRs is a plus
