As Software Developer for the newly established Corporate Compliance team within the Corporate Products & Services domain, you will be a “hands-on” developer, combining your passion for technology with your programming and integration skills around in a fThis role gives an exciting opportunity to Digitalize the Corporate Compliance area of the LEGO group and implements real solutions based on modern software platforms such as SAP GTS, SAP ILM as well as other solutions deeply integrated into our SAP environment.
Core Responsibilities• Participate in the creation- and future maintenance of solutions for compliance processes in close collaboration with the Corporate Compliance team, related Product teams and business owners
• Develop SAP GTS and integration to other systems to comply with legal requirements and regulations around the world
• Support and maintain the Compliance solutions – including future development
• Deliver global solutions in line with our business needs and legal requirements
We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer, broad knowledge within SAP development, integration, software development in general and a passionate learner and creative problem solver to join our Corporate Compliance team.
Do you speak the language of our business colleagues and process consultants as well as the IT language of our Digital organization?
Do you have hands-on experience in handling complex compliance solutions, developing template solutions including the integration to related systems, test and documentation of them?

In this position, you will be a colleague to more than 500+ dedicated IT professionals working with state of the art products and technologies. Corporate Products and Services innovates, designs, builds and runs the IT products consumed by the Corporate Functions worldwide in LEGO.
We are working in an agile setup in DevOps teams and in close cooperation with other teams within Digital and business areas.
Do you have what it takes?• 3 - 5 years of SAP experience as an SAP developer or related SAP modules
• Broad technology understanding especially with SAP solutions
• Constant curiosity to learn, also beyond SAP technology
• Deep business process understanding from a global manufacturing company
• Strong communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills – both within business and technology
• Systematic approach – high on structure
• Bachelor degree or practical working experience within the area of Corporate Compliance
• Ability to work independently
