Then come to our Cloud Enablement team that is responsibility for a broader range of modern cloud capabilities facing the digital LEGO® organization. We work closely with the internal engineering community to drive the overall digital architecture outcome for the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities


As Lead Engineer in Cloud Enablement, you will help define and deliver the cloud vision of the LEGO Group. Build a strong engineering community around our cloud journey and introduce core cloud capabilities to be consumed by internal product teams.
• Enable product teams to meet business needs by building the backlog and prioritizing features.
• Develop a learning mentality and lead the team to success.
• Build solid feedback loops to create data driven decision.
• Ensure the LEGO Group gets most value from investment in Cloud.

Cloud Transformation is a key priority and an enabler of the digital success of the LEGO Group. This is centrally placed to provide foundational services for all in the group and supports hundreds of teams today.
The team provides a series of core capabilities that enables engineers to be successful in cloud and our DevSecOps journey as well as provide guidance and guardrails for how we build the next generation of digital LEGO® services in Cloud.
Sharing and bringing forth new insights for improvements is an integral part of the role to ensure that we constantly strive to produce the best possible quality in our digital products.

Do you have what it takes?

The preferred candidate holds a Cloud Computing Certification (AWS, Azure or GCP) and has strong seniority of hands-on experience in software engineering using cloud technologies and modern scalable/resilient solutions. Familiarity working in a SCRUM and agile setup is expected.
To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience within some of the following:
• Experience with building feedback loops.
• Strong collaboration skills and a true teammate.
• Experience with software development and DevSecOps.
• Proficient in enterprise cloud management.
Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team.
