Are you a results-oriented and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer who wants to mentor and expand the most awesome Developer Experience (DX) team?

Then be our new Senior Manager with responsibility for a broader range of modern cloud capabilities facing the digital LEGO® organization. We work closely with the internal engineering community to drive the overall digital architecture outcome for the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities


The new Senior Manager in DX will help define and deliver the developer experience at the LEGO Group. Attract diverse talent and develop a team, of highly skilled engineers. Boost capabilities and drive the growth and personal development of engineers through mentoring and coaching.

• Enable product teams to meet business needs by ensuring right allocation of talent.
• Develop a learning mentality and lead the team to success.
• Drive technical excellence and DevSecOps ambitions.
• Support Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement.

Developer Productivity is a key priority and an enabler of the digital success of the LEGO Group. This team is key to establishing a vision for DX and making sure our developers are as productive as they can be, by provide foundational services for all the LEGO Group.
We are a brand-new team and supports hundreds of digital product teams today and our main task will be establishing the foundation of the team. Together with providing mentorship and guardrails for how we build the next generation of digital LEGO® services in Cloud.

Do you have what it takes?


The preferred candidate holds a Cloud Computing Certification (AWS, Azure or GCP) and has several years of hands-on experience in software engineering using cloud technologies and modern scalable/resilient solutions. Familiarity working in an agile setup is expected.
To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience within some of the following:
• Strong seniority in working with Software Development Technologies
• Strong product-centric background
• Experience with making people successful.
• A though leader within Developer Productivity.
Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team.
