Are you a results-oriented and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer who wants to develop and expand the most awesome Cloud Enablement team?

Then be our new Senior Manager with responsibility for a broader range of modern cloud capabilities facing the digital LEGO® organization. We collaborate closely with the internal engineering community to drive the overall digital architecture outcome for the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities


As Senior Manager in Cloud Enablement you will help define and deliver the cloud vision of the LEGO Group. Attract diverse talent and develop a team, of highly skilled cloud engineers. Grow the team and support a learning mentality when leading the team to success in both Billund and Copenhagen.

• Boost capabilities and drive the personal development of engineers through mentoring and coaching.
• Be a though-leader for Developer Productivity and Modern Cloud Architecture.
• Enable product teams to meet business needs by ensuring right allocation of talent.
• Operationalize the Cloud Journey for the LEGO Group
• Drive technical excellence and DevSecOps ambitions.
• Support Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement.

Cloud Transformation is a key priority and an enabler of the digital success of the LEGO Group. This is centrally placed to provide foundational services for all in the group and supports hundreds of teams today.
The team provides a series of core capabilities that enables engineers to be successful in cloud and our DevSecOps journey as well as provide guidance and guardrails for how we build the next generation of digital LEGO® services in Cloud.
Sharing and bringing forth new insights for improvements is an integral part of the role to ensure that we constantly strive to produce the best possible quality in our digital products.

Do you have what it takes?


The preferred candidate holds a Cloud Computing Certification (AWS, Azure or GCP) and has several years of hands-on experience in software engineering using cloud technologies and modern scalable/resilient solutions. Familiarity working in an agile setup is expected.
To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience within some of the following:
• A flexible and embracing demeanor facing divided teams on different locations.
• Strong collaboration skills and a great teammate.
• Proficient in enterprise cloud management.
Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team.
