As competence lead for the Software Engineers within the Corporate Products & Services domain, you will be a ‘hands-on mentor", combining your passion for technology with your leadership skills. You will enable technology across our Global Corporate Functions and deliver digital solutions supporting our outstanding LEGO® Brand”.

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can build a culture and reinforce the team to collaborate and include different social activities.

• Lead Software Engineers with low code configuration and integration.
• Accelerate technical perfection within configuration of packaged software and drive DevSecOps.
• Mentor and coach Software Engineering & Architecture.
• Support Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Digital Transformation.
• Attract diversity and talent while driving the onboarding of new team members into their newly established product teams.
• Contribute to a product team as Engineer.

Software Engineering competence group within the Corporate Products subdomain. Configuring SaaS solutions like
Workday, Coupa, and iManage to the Corporate Functions.
Ensure close collaboration with Lead Engineers across product teams for the teams to be equipped with the right and updated competencies. You will be a part of team of six that will expand in the future to support our growth.

Do you have what it takes?

• 3-5 years of experience in leading software engineers.
• Professional experience in software configuration of SaaS solutions and a deep understanding of the technology.
• Experience in integrating the SaaS solutions via open API’s.
• Strong interest in developing and encouraging others.
• Experience with leading agile teams.
• Experience with Workday or Coupa.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and test automation.
• Experience with tenant management of SaaS solutions.
• Proficient in procurement or human capital management processes.
• Proficient in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns like event driven architectures and microservices.
• Knowledge of and some experience in at least one programming language.
