Do you want to design purpose- and joyful solutions for families and be part of a start-up environment in a large organization?We are building up a brand-new team of designers and engineers to focus on bringing families together towards the brick in the digital world.
Core Responsibilities-Carry out end to end UX/UI design.
-Build storyboards, concepts, and prototypes to present and validate ideas.
-Create user journeys, flow charts, wireframes, interaction design and visual assets.
-Identify improvement areas and optimize design solutions.
-Explore hypotheses, ideas, concepts, and features through user research, competitor analysis, and user testing.
-Contribute and document design work to the design playbook (design system).
Play your part in our team succeedingAFOL and Family Technology is part of the Consumer and Content Technology organization within Digital Technology. AFOL and Family Technology is responsible for crafting consumer-facing digital.
Products directed to our AFOLs and Families such as LEGO® IDEAS and other new initiatives.
You will join a team of talented designers who like to have Friday fun with playing e.g. Among us or other games, we also believe in design as a collaborative culture where you also have your own area of responsibility.
Do you have what it takes?You are especially passionate about the UI area and enjoy working in an agile environment where things move fast. Hopefully, you get your energy when you are not handed specific directions, knowing the end goal but try and error to learn and build the best solutions.
-Design school background or something equivalent (Interaction Design, Digital Design, etc.).
-5+ years of experience with digital design in an agile product team.
-A true team player who cares about collaborative culture and ongoing process improvements
-Phenomenal communication skills.
-Thrive in navigating complex partner landscapes.
-Experienced user of Figma, Principles, Adobe applications.
-Experience in Play design would be an advantage, but this is not a requirement.
-Experience with design systems.
