Play your part in our team succeedingThe Infrastructure department is a part of the global LEGO Digital Technology organization undergoing an exciting transformation. Right now, there are 15 awesome teams and approximately 20 student workers in our department. The student workers play an important role in developing, optimizing and automizing both functionality and availability of key IT systems which are crucial for production, logistics and sales, making sure that the LEGO Group can provide a fantastic Play Experience for children and adults around the globe.
Our global mission is to “inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow” and we want you to develop along the way through training, coaching, experiments, and feedback. With us, you will not get stuck within only one technology but get introduced to a range of technologies and programming languages based on your interests and talents. Furthermore, you will work with about 100 professionals with whom you can discuss ideas, solutions, and technologies.
Did we mention we also like to have fun and collaborate to get better? We work in an agile way, in small teams with a high degree of freedom and we share our knowledge with each other on an ongoing basis. We also love playing with our LEGO products, which you will see from the moment you enter our office space
Do you have what it takes?We expect you to be curious and passionate about technology and its potential to make an impact. We are looking for students from Computer Science or similar IT-oriented programs who enjoy working in an autonomous and collaborative team. Together with the team, we expect you to challenge standards and take ownership of the problems that you and the team are looking to solve. As a teammate it is important that you are a natural and creative problem solver who enjoys coming up with innovative solutions while learning along the way.
