Core Responsibilities

As Intern within communication and business, it will be your core responsibility to drive and develop a communication strategy for our Platform & FrontEnd team. The strategy contains our new mould technology development, qualification and production process for our internal moulding platforms.
Furthermore, you will be ensuring that our business cases have a strong communicative perspective to demonstrate within our business. Hereby, you are about to implement communication material templates for business case presentations to the entire value stream organization by applying different means of communication, e.g., written, verbal, video, interactive/fun, etc.

The Platform & FrontEnd team provides new possibilities for use of our internal moulding platforms – thus enabling the continued lead and setting the industry standards for industrialized mould creation.
The team consists of 14 highly skilled mould engineers and constructors with an average LEGO experience of 15+ years. You will experience a very dedicated team that has a great professional mindset together with a continued focus on wellbeing and care for each other. We are here to make a difference while having FUN!

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate is currently studying Global Business Engineering, Value Chain Management, MA Corporate Communication or are on its way to becoming a Cand.soc., Cand.ling.merc., Cand.merc., or similar. The person also has:
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to build communication perspectives into cases leaning on facts and technical insights, while having an end-to-end mindset
• Keen on continuous improvement and easily adapting to change in a dynamic environment
• Always being a team player with a “we succeed together”-mindset
• Proficiency in Danish and English both verbal and written
