The LEGO Group is seeking a passionate and experienced B2B digital leader to establish and elevate a global center of excellence. Acting as an “air traffic control” for the regions and play connectivity role ensuring linkage, global alignment and consistency across responsibilities!

Play a role in bring our global digital agenda to life:

s Head of Global B2B(C) E-Commerce Competency Centre you will play a key role in developing and cascading global E-Commerce strategy to individual regions around the world. Through your leadership you will drive the development and implementation of strategic projects while prioritizing initiatives within an Agile working environment.

Additionally, you will serve as key resource, sounding board, and coach for regional Heads of Digital Competence Centre. Inspire and guide a team of 8 passionate senior E-Commerce professionals charged with supporting and standardizing their areas of expertise within the regional E-Commerce Competency Centres.

This role is critical in ensuring close connectivity and alignment with core functions that sit outside of the Competency Centres (e.g., Brand Marketing, Operations, Brick and Mortar Sales) to drive coordinated activities globally!
You will partner with Global KAM strategist to oversee development process for global E-commerce sales strategy. Relentless focus on standardizing on-platform digital performance marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, Display, Digital Merchandising, Item Setup, Retail Activation. Help develop more robust global analytics capabilities, including optimization of key shopper KPIs, campaign optimization, shopper segmentation, shopper insights, and test and learn support. Manage the development of global marketing technology roadmap including DMP, agency interface, tracking and other emerging technologies
Most importantly, facilitate talent development and retention of digital workforce globally, building a strong and collaborative work environment

What you will bring in your toolbox:

- Significant depth of experience Digital focused on E-commerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand
- Experience in both E-commerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology
- Expertise with business analysis and key performance tracking within online environment
Significant experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including with remote teams
- In-depth knowledge leading teams using Agile ways of working adopting a test and learn culture
- Significant experience working with C-Level executives
