LEGO Poland office located in Warsaw is looking for Senior Key Account Manager for E-commerce area.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Creation and execution of Polish e-com strategy as well as operational business plans with e-com customers
• Ownership of the e-com channel as Channel Head E-com Poland, co-driving the Polish sales organization together with two Channel Heads and Field Sales Manager
• maintaining and building the relationship with our top e-com accounts
• Trade management and trading terms negotiation
• Preparation and participation in customer meetings, product presentations to customers
• Preparation/Analysis of monthly reports, customer scorecard, by theme and by store detail analysis
• Close collaboration with other Key Account team members as well as with other colleagues, share ideas and best practices
• Active involvement in Regional E-commerce and Key Account Managers meetings, participation in company-wide in E-com and Digital forums

Do you have what it takes?

• University degree is a must
• Native Polish and fluent English language
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Key Account management/Customer Development
• Experience from E-commerce area is a must, omni-channel experience is a plus
• PC skills – ability to work with Excel (ability to do analysis and reports)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to listen and adjust to different customers, ability to build long-term relationships with customers
• Willingness to travel within Poland and abroad
• Experience from international environment is a plus
