The LEGO Group's Business Service Operation (BSO) is a  global initiative supporting our existing and new market challenges. Focused on scalable capacity, expansion of new capabilities and ensuring process are aligned and in compliance with global guidelines and regulations, the BSO plays a vital role in driving future growth. 

Business Service Operations consists of employees working primarily across Finance and Human Resources, e.g. payroll, recruitment support, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. The BSO is a global organization with three centers in Singapore, Monterrey, Mexico and Kladno, Czech Republic.

Focused on building one of the most attractive workplaces in the LEGO Group - with special emphasis on systematic training, skills building and career development - the Business Service Operations plays a vital role in driving the company forward. It is the underlying engine that will service and support the business in a high quality responsive manner.
