Safeguard our Operating Model while evolving it to meet a digital future
As our company is in solid growth, one of your prime responsibilities will be to safeguard the operating model and create alignment across the entire value chain. In the LEGO Group, the core operating model affects how we develop, produce and market our products.
You will ensure the right balance between global and regional adaptation requirements and ensure that decision making is in line, just as you involve key stakeholders and drive change management to secure coherent end-to-end decision making. Moreover, you will be expected to identify key operating capabilities and ensure coherence with customer, supply and product value propositions to secure maximum leverage while identifying future business opportunities. Thinking digitalisation - as well as how you work for leveraging it - into the operating model will be key to your success.
In addition to this, you will:
- Help build the London hub while focusing on leveraging the core operating model
- Align the IT platform and financial planning/management with the defined operating principles
- Set direction for how the digital mega trend will impact our entire value chain

Senior Business Modelling experience and the ability to make people play
- You have senior experience in business modelling, strategy designing and consultancy within business/operating models from a FMCG/CPG company
- You probably hold a master degree, preferably within strategy, supply chain, economics or engineering
- It is a plus if your track record is paired with a change management education or an MBA
You are a very strong communicator who knows how to translate complex value chain challenges into concrete topics and examples. You easily build strong personal relationships and serve as a trusted partner, and you feel comfortable in breaking new grounds and go ahead alone before you rally stakeholders. Using your strong influencing skills, you excel in navigating your organisation to facilitate true dialogue in order to getting decisions made, and you have the ability to push many agendas at the same time. You are comfortable in challenging the business and resilient when it comes to pushing ideas, yet you are energised by protecting the operating model.
