#YESLEGO Terms
Your Instagram content caught our attention and we would like to share your building skills with the world!
LEGO System A/S, 7190 Billund, Denmark and other companies within the LEGO Group (“LEGO, we, us, our”), want to use your Instagram content (“Content”) on Instagram and on other channels controlled by us, our service providers or our customers.

By responding to our message with the #YESLEGO hashtag or uploading through our Gallery, you confirm and warrant to us the following:
Your age. You are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years old.
Your Content. Your Content relates to the LEGO Brick, the LEGO Group or the LEGO product portfolio. You confirm that the Content is not defamatory, deceptive, malicious or discriminatory. The Content does not infringe the rights of any third parties and is compliant with law. The Content does not contain any confidential information or relate to religious, political or philosophical views.
Content Standards. You will confirm that you will not submit Content that is: hateful, threatening, racist or pornographic; related to alcohol, drugs, tobacco or medicine; incites violence; encourages criminal conduct; contains nudity or extreme, gratuitous violence or is otherwise offensive, unlawful, or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. You may not submit Content that intimidates, insults or harasses any other user. Your Content does not (and will not) contain commercial communications, spam or advertising content.
You are able to give these permissions. You possess all rights necessary to grant these permissions (including intellectual property rights in your content and permissions from any people appearing in it). You have not and will not commit any acts that could restrict or prevent you from giving these rights to us.
You permit the use of your Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, assignable, sublicenseable, perpetual, royalty-free permission to use the Content throughout the world in all and any media. This includes non-digital channels such as posters and printed publications as well as digital channels such as our websites and social media accounts (and may include channels owned or controlled by our customers such as retailer websites).
We have control over how we use the Content. You understand that we may (but are not obligated to) use your Content, and that we may use, edit, alter or combine the Content with other materials of any kind. You accept that you do not have approval rights over our specific usage of Content
Indemnity and Release. You understand that we want to make sure we can use your Content without paying any fees or infringing any rights. You hereby release, discharge and hold our licensees, our assigns, and us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of a breach of these warranties for our use of the Content, and indemnify us against any costs that may arise in this respect.
Limitation of liability. You understand that we are not liable to you for any of the following that may arise out of or in connection with our use of the Content (arising in tort, contract or otherwise):
a. any reduction in the value of the Content;
b. any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, or anticipated savings;
c. business interruption;
d. loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
e. any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
If you change your mind about our use of your Content or are a trademark / copyright owner and you believe a user’s Content is in breach of these rights, please contact us on socialmedia@lego.com. Please include sufficient information to allow us to identify the relevant Content and (if applicable) the ownership of this.
Please note that we do not control (and are not responsible for) the use of Content by third parties on sites outside of our control, and if you require the removal of Content from third party sites outside of our control you should contact that site directly.
