Eva Berneke is CEO of Eutelsat S.A., one of the worlds’ leading satellite operators. She became a member of LEGO A/S Board of Directors in 2011.

Eva began her career in 1993 at McKinsey & Company in Copenhagen and later in France, where she stayed for 10 years and became Partner of the Paris office.

In 2007, she joined Danish telecommunications company TDC as Chief Strategy Officer and member of Group Management and later became Senior Executive Vice President of TDC Business. From 2014 to 2021, Eva was CEO of KMD A/S one of Denmark’s leading IT software and solution companies, from 2019 part of NEC Group.

Eva is a member of the Board of Directors of Vestas Wind Systems A/S and École Polytechnique Paris.

She graduated from DTU in 1992 and holds an M.B.A from INSEAD.
